KVS TAGORE MAHOTSAV: KVS GUWAHATI REGION
The Tagore Mahotsav was launched in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Guwahati Region with a meeting of the Coordinators of different events and The Assistant Commissioner and Education Officers of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Guwahati Region and Principals of Guwahati city Vidyalayas on 19th December 2010 at the Regional Office. It was decided to conduct a One
Day workshop on Thinkquest at Kendriya Vidyalaya Khanapara on 04 January 2011.
19 Thinkquest administrators of Kendriya Vidyalayas under KVS Guwahati Region attended the one day workshop held at Kendriya Vidyalaya
Khanapara on 4th January 2011. The workshop was conducted by the Coordinators of KVS Tagore Mahotsav for Guwahati Region. All information for participating in the KVS-Tagore Mahotsav was passed on and all technical queries were attended to.
21 Kendriya Vidyalayas participated in the KVS Tagore Mahotsav from KVS Guwahati Region.
Entries were received for Essays, Book reviews,
Powerpoint presentations and 10 minutes Video.
The evaluation of the entries was conducted at the KVS Regional Office Guwahati from 1st to 5th February 2011.

The Regional Level evaluation was done by a panel of judges comprising of:

The evaluation was done following the criteria as circulated by Oracle Education Initiatives India, and was completed on 05 February 2011.

Master Alankrit Dev Sarmah & Master Sourish Das Regional winners Powerpoint presentation after receiving the Vidyalaya level prizes from the Principal K.V.NFR Maligaon, Mr.R.N.Pandey.
